It isn't Mr. McNabb's fault that there is NO WAY anyone can even think 'Philadelphia Eagles' WITHOUT saying the name 'Donovan McNabb' in the same sentence.

It's like when you think of Green Bay, who do you associate with Green Bay ? Tampa Bay/Warren Sapp. Minnesota/Moss.
Cincinnati/Dillion. Baltimore/Lewis. San Diego/Tomlinson.
San Francisco/Owens. KC/Holmes. Indy/Manning. Miami/Williams. stretching: Washington/Spurrier, Dallas/Parcells.

I'd say that most of us out here are educated enough to know there is more to a team than any one person, but how many times have we heard 'The Philadelphia Eagles and Donovan McNabb come to town to take on the xxxxxxxx',
Or,
'The xxxxxxxxx are in town to take on Donovan McNabb and the Philadelphia Eagles'........

That is the problem, and I might even take a slight guess is that is where Limbaugh was trying to come from 2 weeks ago. It isn't any one of these players' problems that the media hypes them up (except for maybe dickhead Owens).

The fact that the Eagles won yesterday playing as they are just shows how much very bad football is being played in this league this year.

Eagles offense has been pitiful; yet, I think there are only like 3 or 4 NFC teams with better records. What does that say about the quality of play ? A team can play their worst ball in 5 years and still have a top 5 record at .500 ? Gimme a break, this league stinks anymore.

NFC East is still up for grabs.

Washington will begin to fade now; Ramsey is getting killed down there. It's a shame really, the kid will probably end up on IR before the year is out.

Dallas if they're for real, we'll know in the next 4 weeks. They could go 0 for 4 or they couldn't; we;ll see.

Giants are doing their annual underacheiver thing, until there's talk about Fassel getting fired and then they'll finally wake up with 4 weeks left and play like they should have all year. They'll be there in week 16 as usual.

Eagles defense should get better even though they've had a good year so far. Offense simply put cannot get worse than it is. What that amounts to record wise is anyone's guess.
