The thing is, that these kids will blow themselves up even without the financial incentives from other Arab countries. It's almost unanimous amongst them that blowing themselves up along with their perceived to be Israeli en-slavers, is far better than living in poverty and oppression.

Hmmm. Do you think that if the living conditions could somehow be improved for the Palestinian, that the need to become a suicide bomber might subside?
