GW is definitely the worst environmental preident in modern times. Reagan was bad, but in his day, the science was not as clear and definative.

Now Bush is pushing deregulation of polluters on all fronts despite grave warnings that we're in dire trouble on enivronmental degradation. Bush's commercial assault on the environment has also not done anything to improve the economy. Long term of course, killing the goose that lays the golden eggs is always stupid. GW seems to care mostly about oil interests. His energy bill contains very little oin the way of clean energy or conservation, clearly the two smartest ways to go.
