Well, no it isn't, but I will not belabor the matter. The fact is, on the basis of the first amendment, persons who explicitly denied religious derivation for their moral beliefs were considered to have rights of conscience equivalent to religious believers, as long as they were considered to be deeply held. Mojo's argument is that his character was formed by the religious tradition in which he was raised, and that though he no longer strictly adheres, nevertheless, he orients himself by the ethical norms that have been deeply engrained in him. I think this meets the conditions for a valid claim of conscience........
