Hell is for the wicked. And evil is all about the big liars. Rush has been very-very bad on both counts. And he can't just blame the drugs. He knew what he was doing.

I hope he kicks his junkie habit, but he's finished and discredited. He'll be lucky to stay out of prison. His lack of compassion toward others means he deserves very little himself. Still, as a fellow human being, I hope he kicks.

Of course he'll only do so as a very rich man able to afford expensive private treatment. His type deplores spending public money for treatment for others who can't afford it. He says just "send them up" into prison. So why shouldn't he get a taste of his own medicine. Rush deserves no sympathy. He is a stinker, phony and vicious man. He probably knows it deep-down, which is why he went on hard drugs to begin with.
