You should be glad there were people who paid attention or you could be saluting the hammer and sickle now. I begin to think that wouldn't disturb you, though. You think they were sweet guys who had no intention of harming a hair on your head? There were tests of Russian Migs against US jets in Korea. The US got a rude surprise. They kept a close eye on Soviet jets ever after and their were numerous times they were judged better.
