He pinched a few butts and squeezed a few boobs. As far as I can tell, those acts ended there, he thought he was being playful.

Perhaps you and he missed the four decades since The Feminine Mystique.

The distinction you are making reminds me of that old joke than ends with something along the lines of "we've already established what you are, now we're just negotiating the price."

Clinton, while Governor, dropped his trousers and encouraged Paula Jones, a low level state employee to 'kiss it.' And he mauled Kathleen Willey, another underling, and then intimidated her into silence by threatening her family. And when he was AG he raped Juanita Broadrick. Where was she supposed to turn for justice?

Looks, we've already had this conversation, in depth. Your comments about Clinton and Arnold are both wrong.

But, then, why don't we all just wait to see what happens. No one is going to learn anything from anyone on this thread about Clinton's behavior. We just did this issue. As for Arnold, if there are civil suits or some governmental body brings a prosecution, then we can go there. Nothing more may happen; something may happen. Who really knows?

My mother was acting all sniffy about Arnold being grabby towards women. I asked her, what if it was you and Arnold was Antonio Banderas? What then?

Oh, well, that would be another matter entirely. She did see my point. Arnold wouldn't be ok, but Antonio would.

I haven't had a pass thrown at me in a few years, but I do remember the days . . . . there's a big (and welcome) difference between having an unattractive man come on on you, and a very attractive man spontaneously acknowledge that he finds you attractive, too. Lots of grey areas, as well.

There is a bright line, in my opinion, when a woman says no, the man stops. I know a lot of men who believe in the "her lips say no but her eyes say yes" bit, so maybe the woman needs to be quite firm. Screaming, kneeing in the crotch, clawing his eyes out, stuff like that. Hopefully it won't come to that.

Bill did stop when Paula said no. He may well have raped Juanita, but maybe she didn't say no as firmly as she should have, I just don't know, and without knowing all the facts, I prefer not to opine.

Arnold, well, he stopped every time.
