You have any links for the trial?, tried to find something in the news about it but got side tracked. Started my short today a dime behind you. I still think it might run up over 8 again tomorrow. If the law suit doesn't kill TERN then their printing press sure will lol. TIA

Bad stuff came out alright. The lead plaintiffs were thrown out of the case, and the SEC is investigating the folks who planned the campaign against Terayon, a plan you marched in lockstep with, quite plainly. Yes, you are right, it's been an interesting case to watch, if not for the reasons you thought at all.

You bet I feel vindicated. If there is no more - no indictments of the likes of you as there should be IMHO - it is enough.
