The problem with using a person own advice as the measure of justice is that a rapist like mr. bill's advice is just to lie about it. So I don't judge anyone by their standards, I judge them by the standard that I think are fair. I believe the normal standards of law in society should apply. I very much doubt any person on first conviction of using drugs illegally is sent to prison. And based upon the evidence I've seen it's not clear the state has enough evidence to even indict. I have not apologized for Rush, I amazed anyone sees it that way. It's funny how in Rush's case all forget the law and say hang em high.
