I don't see the hypocrisy or contradiction of anything Rush has said. If that is the law where Rush is and they have the evidence to convict and then if sending him up the river is usual for a first offense, what is the problem. He will go up the river. And if Rush does not go up the river and all think justice is not served then change the law as Rush stated.

Eliminate any restrictions or technicalities the prevent Rush from getting sent up the river. Rush is doing a service for all the idiot liberal lefty loons.

Anyone see the video of Arnold smoking weed on CNN's biography last night? Oh, and certainly Rush should not be prosecuted. Hey, I'm a libertarian, and I say his actions, whether HE believes it or not, ought be perfectly legal. You do note, don't you, that the man isn't taking drugs to get high(making his case very different from the cases of those he needlessly has criticized in the past). So no, not reason enough at all.
