Yes they are John. No argument here. Glad we agree on something. Not joking at all. Do you have any predictions as to which continent will produce "the next big thing" in technology? Also, quite seriously, I think Europe will be the source of the invention, but they will botch the implementation completely. I think the USA will successfully commercialize it and boast (without merit, but that's never stopped anybody) of having "invented" it, and that finally Asia will own it entirely at the peak of its success and thereafter into the inevitable decline as it is eclipsed by something new. That seems to have been the pattern over the last few hundred years. No sense betting on too much deviation. Although some might say China is ramping up to own success from start to finish.
