Those Bush budgets dont include the war costs. They always leave out those costs. So add that in. Then look at the
revenues. The severe revenue shortfall makes it impossible to pay for these rising budgets.

Your numbers are all about expenditures. What about the $ the gov't brings in versus what it spends, ie the deficit?

It doesn't matter what Bush spends if the gov't brings in enough money. If we had a surplus, it would be a different matter. We don't have a surplus anymore. We donated a lot of it to Haliburton and the defense contractors.

Spending more money than you have is not fiscally conservative.

Why doesn't Bush put war costs in his budgets?
That in itself is a big deceit played on the American people. The real deficit is about 30% bigger that Bushies report every year.
