kerry's fraud foaming mouth is not a court of law. It's in the court of public morality and kerry as an elected official of the Senate is held to a higher standard. And President George W. Bush is held to an even higher standard. kerry flunks the senate standard and is unfit to bo President.

The court follows the law and metes out justice. Fraud foaming mouth kerry is not obligated to make any comment. All voluntary comments are held to many personal standards.

As Sharon Stone's character on ABC's The Practice noted last night, the laws may be altered and manipulated in the interest of fairness(which rules, in essence). That's the real world, and the real world often thankfully functions that way.

that happens every day in every court in this country. The law is the law. You thread mavens here need to get out and get a dose of the real world.

Wrong. I can't recall seeing a judge fail to respond positively to somebody who has honestly taken responsibility for his actions. THAT's the real world.

As a commercial banker, how much time do you spend in court?
