I don't think the ruling went beyond decriminalizing sodomy, Lindy - for both homos and heteros.

Gay marriage is a different animal.

Whenever I think about gay marriage, I think of the following joke:

Q: What do gay women bring on the second date?
A: A U-Haul full of their furnishings and belongings.

Q: What do gay men bring on the second date?
A: What second date?

CB and I are both from a state where sodomy is a felony. I actually served on a jury once that convicted a woman for it. It was the most gut-wrenching experience I ever had in my life. I find nothing but joy in any ruling that affirms the right of consenting adults to do what they please in private. The right to be left alone is right up there at the top of my list of things to be grateful for.
