We got rid of a training base, safe haven and financial support center for terror groups....

LOL. With Saddam around there was no safe haven for Islamic terrorists. Training base? There was one training base in the mountains near the Iran border. Saddam probably didn't know about it. Financial support? Saddam was not supporting any Islamic terrorists.

Abu Nidal? Abu Abbas? Ring a bell?

Sure, two old men that were former PLO. They both sought refuge in Iraq. But remember they are Palestinians, and Saddam and the rest of the Arab world sympathize with the plight of the Palestinians. So these two old men in their 60's were living in Iraq. One of them, Nidal, was shot in his apartment before the recent invasion. Some safe haven.

Payments to homicide bomber families? Ring a bell?

The only bell you are ringing is the dumb bell. Every middle eastern country has supported the Palestinian cause. Saddam is only one of many that support the Palestinians. Saudi Arabia, our Ally, supports the Palestinians with $50 dollars for every dollar that Saddam gave.

There is no intersection between Saddam and the Islamic Terrorists that attacked on 9-11. Even Bush has said there is no evidence of Saddam's participation in the attacks.

I guess the word has yet to filter down to the minions who get their news from Fox and other internet looney tune web sites.
