Al, re:No dialog..and too many conditions for one. It's all about a line, which can be negotiated over for years as opposed to killing each other. If some areas remain in dispute, so what - they had by some accounts 97% of what they (PLO) wanted at the last big meeting - accept it, go for self rule and official status and leave the disputed 3% off the table for later. re:The USA should NOT take SIDES...either side. Not exactly been our history in the conflict. That's the UN's job, ours it to protect our allies and our economic and political interests.
