What's the death count of Iraqi civilians?

The last count I heard was 1,875, but that shortly before the end of the war. Assume it was 10,000. Saddam was killing thousands monthly. We've already saved innocent Iraqis by the thousands. And they know it which is the reason they want us there.

What's the death count of coalition forces?

I believe 386 Americans plus the others. What's the point. Americans have always been willing to sacrifice for freedom. Except some of them.

What's the death count of Iraqi enlisted soldiers (probably normal kids, trying to make a living in a tough country, certainly not "terrorists")?

Tens of thousands. That's war. You kill the enemy. They're trying to kill you. But the Iraqi families who made this sacrifice seem to have no qualms with it, solely because they know it had to happen.

What specifically has been accomplished?

You're kidding?

- We freed 22M Iraqis

- We started a process which will end anti-Americanism in the Middle East.

- We made it possible for the Iranians to move toward democracy.

- We put the Saudis and the Syrians on notice that we will not tolerate their garbage any longer.

- We've begun the creation of an environment where commerce can flourish in the center of the Middle East. Our $100B will be repaid many times over with returns from this investment.

- Essentially, we have stablized the entire region. While it will take a little time to settle down, a couple years from now Iraq will be a model for the rest of the Middle East. While you libs (I know, I know, you're not a lib) think it will take years and years, the progress has been nothing short of amazing by any standard you wish to apply.

- We eliminated the massive cost of maintaining a military presence in the region to monitor the no-fly zones and support WMD search fiascos.

- We also eliminated the anti-American sentiment that comes from our presence in the region. The other nations can now see that we'll be clearing out quickly, and they are pleased to get pieces of the reconstruction business.

- I don't know about you, but I haven't the slightest concern that Iraq may pose any threat to the United States.

This list could go on ad infinitum.
