Not that I know of Jim. The company states they will review the decision, and see what steps need be taken to reapply. They evidently did comply with the study design ( as suggested by the FDA ), but somewhere along the way the control group was not deemed to be correct. The company still thinks the laser technology works, and in addition saves money and hospital time. Will be a while longer to sort things out I think. I wonder who benefits by denying approval for the laser....not that such motives would ever influence such a decision. m1
