Kerry voted for a SMART APPROACH to possible war as a last resort in Iraq. Lieberman and Gephardt did fully support Bush and were in the Rose Garden signings. Kerry was very cautionary. Get your facts straight. Things are not black or white only. Some people were on the fence and one of them was Kerry. He was for war powers ONLY if Bush came through with his promises to go the UN route and plan to win the peace. He didn't. if Kery had known what they were going to do he'd have voted against it. Not so with Lieberman or Gephardt.
