That was interesting. There's a trend locally of people buying little 10 - 15 acre plots and growing some exotic foods organically. They sell them to specialty shops and from their homes and can be found at the farmer's market on Saturday.

A few years back there was some interest in growing canola but there wasn't enough people committed to it for the grain elevators to add the equipment to handle it.
