Philip - just curious, where do you see that AQI.V has been halted? I don't see any news items at Yahoo or Stockhouse...thanks!

Called company this AM. The news release is in the approval process. They made all changes requested and they expect it to start trading this afternoon. The news release does relate to the resource calculation.

As for the law suit, they do not think it is a problem. In fact no suit has been filed yet, or at least, they have no knowledge of a suit being filed. Their take is that if it becomes perceived that they have a claim to Navidad, it will help them.
