Hi Fred,

Very well stated.

Makes good sense until one is displaced.

Having an economy that adjusts quickly and is flexible will insure maximum future quality of life.

Bob

Fred,
I'm curious. These factories in India where the labor
cost is $1 a day, how much profit are the owners making?
It sounds like sweat shop labor to me, with the workers
only getting some crumbs from the pie. There is no way for
US or other highly industrialized countries to compete
unless import limits or high tariffs are imposed to
protect their manufacturing base. BB
