Hey rruff, wouldn't that be like cowardly sitting in a helicopter and firing a missile into an apartment house to kill someone who was not yet convicted of being a terrorist, killing scores of civilians.
If one were serious, they could have waited until he came out of the apartment house.
Same bloody thing.
