I expressed my opinion that the Bush administration should call what I feel is a bluff and give the UN what they say they want. I'll let you define that

No you won't. Because you get to define your own statement of UN's "bluff".

Now please explain what you mean by the UN bluffing when they ask for a timetable for Iraqi sovereignty before committing to it.
