It amazes me how the right-wingnuts keep blaming everything on Clinton, even though he's been gone for three years now. Clinton didn't even blame Somalia on Bush I, even though it was a goodby present from that failed President. The military that was so successful in Afghanistan and Iraq was the military that Clinton bequethed Bush, along with a record budget surplus.
