While I know nothing about IMR, I'm somewhat familiar with the background of the AQI management , I state here right now that AQI will win this showdown by a country mile.Integrity and financial resources are on their side, you can bet on it.
As for the promotion of ITF and PFN by the Grandich letter, I hope you read the fine print at the end of it.
