Hi Bill,

With the dislike out there for Fox in Academic land, I would not believe any "Study" done about the Network.

You know, thinking like that can get you so paranoid you cannot trust anyone.

Proper academic work requires full transparency/disclosure about the methods used in the study. The wider community can then ponder the collected evidence and decide on the credibility of the presented conclusions. This, of course, is known as The Scientific Method -- a fundamental cornerstone of western civilization and how we agree to best determine objective reality.

What would be interesting is to have a study with exactly the same questions asked of the same demographic groups of people, and then see how the results were repeated on each CNN, FOX, and all the other major news outlets....
