Should the police have detained all the Kennedys after William Kennedy Smith was accused of rape? Or after Teddy Kennedy drove off the road in Chappaquiddick? Or after Kennedy cousin, Michael Skakel, was arrested for killing his neighbor, Martha Moxley, with a golf club?
