President Bush has nixed arm wrestling with California Gov.-elect Arnold Schwarzenegger when they meet tomorrow. LOL!!! Good idea! But if he gives the Golden State any unusual handouts, there will be a long line of governors at his door asking for the same. If Bush tells FERC to push for energy company refunds, it will take care of a large chunk of the CA deficit. And Bush is much more likely to do that for a Repub than a Dem governor.
