My canaries are looking a little wobbly. For a while, I'd given up on the idea that these would act as leading indicators. On the contrary, I still fear a silly season "January effect" in December. However, if the glamour trash is underperforming substantially (and all IBD O'neill's momentum followers are getting shelled in these) then it's a pretty good indication that it's over because these stocks are pure liquidity plays.
