You're close to getting your wish about someone finally going to jail. Any thoughts about Fastow giving up $29 million and agreeing to a 10-year jail term with no parole?

Hi Mike,

I don't mean to confuse matters but I cross-posted your question from the G&K thread. I'd like to know the thoughts of those impacted by Fastow's actions regarding the penalty he now faces. The rest of us cannot accurately judge imo.

OTOH, I was impacted in a big way by Henry reporting false revenues which made it look like things were really cranking up at Gemstar. Curious if Henry was ever charged with any crime or if it was all just considered a misunderstanding?

I've received documents for class action lawsuits for a couple companies I've owned over the last few years and I didn't even know they did anything wrong (Network Associates and Computer Associates). I'd love to find paperwork in my mailbox for a class action lawsuit against Henry and Gemstar. More than that I'd like to see him in jail.

Am I being unreasonable? Rory
