The only TV news show I know of that meets my criterion is Lehrer I have watched him a lot over the years. They start off with a review of what they are covering, and I can decide then if it's worth it. I used to loved the Friday politics bit, but the quality of the segment has gone down. Lehrer has been quoted as saying he left Dallas after Kennedy was killed because of the "Right Wingers" there. I love the look of befuddlement on his face when they cover the market. It's "News for Liberals," that's for sure. But still superior to the Major TV media. With the surfing I am doing now, the news shows are a waste of time.
