Time to consider a long position in Claude Resources, CRJ.TO.

In the very near future Claude should be annnouncing completion of the deepening of their shaft at the Seabee gold mine in Saskatchewan. This will mean a shift from processing 8 gram per tonne ore to 12 gram per tonne ore with significant implications to the bottom line.

Claude is also in the proces of completing 45,000 meters of underground drilling at the Seabee mine.

newswire.ca

Previous drilling from surface yeilded some very good intercepts such as;

"During the third quarter, the Company initiated deeper drilling at the
Seabee mine with excellent results. Five consecutive holes, between 450 and
650 metres below surface, yielded ore grades, cut to 75 grams across true
widths, as follows:

- 46.0 grams per tonne over 4.20 metres
- 14.6 grams per tonne over 3.44 metres
- 20.9 grams per tonne over 1.97 metres
- 35.0 grams per tonne over 2.25 metres
- 25.0 grams per tonne over 1.80 metres"

Speculative considerations.

Placer Dome is conducting an extensive drilling program on Claude's Madsen property in Red Lake, Ontario.

"Claude Resources is pleased to report that Placer Dome, the
operator, has intersected a broad gold-bearing alteration corridor
approximately 1.5 kilometres north of the Madsen gold mine on Claude's 10,500
acre property in the Red Lake area of northwestern Ontario.

All holes intersected a wide quartz-Fe-carbonate veining system hosted in
the metabasalts above the structural contact with the large komatiite unit.
The lithological control is the same as the A1-K1 ore control at Placer's
Campbell mine and Goldcorp's adjoining Red Lake mine which combined have
produced nearly 15 million ounces of gold.

Gold intercepts are located in the quartz-iron-carbonate-tourmaline
folded and disrupted veins as well as in the carbonate veinlets and coliform
quartz veins. The encountered mineralized system is approximately 1,000 feet
wide and already more than 3,000 feet long and open in all directions. The
explored vertical extent of the system is approximately 1,200 feet.
The current exploration program with hole spacing from 600 to 900 feet is
designed to determine the dimensions of the mineralized corridor."

More recently, in September of this year Claude announced that the exploration program at Madsen had started to concentrate on specific areas of the system and identified high grade intercepts on the northern part of the Madsen property near the Redaurum/Madsen border. Claude holds a 20% interest in the Redaurum property subject to completion of a JV involving Placer Dome, Sabina and Claude.

"Results from the Russett North zone are particularly encouraging with
quartz-tourmaline, quartz-carbonate and colliform carbonate veining being
intersected routinely. Visible gold ("VG") was observed in a number of holes
with several returning assays that confirm the high-grade nature of this
carbonatized mafic-ultramafic terrain. The Phase II expansion drilling
(100-metre centres) of the Russett North zone started to vector in on a
segment of this terrain referred to as the Treasure Box. Building on
encouraging results from the 2002 drill program (see March 24th, 2003 press
release on Claude's website), another three holes within this corridor
encountered significant intersections in terms of both grade and width"

Speculation on the results of already completed work on the Redaurum property have greatly inflated the Sabina share price.

"Previous drilling on the Redaurum Property tested the property near surface, intersecting values including 1.12 oz/ton Au across 5 feet, 0.17 oz/ton Au across 25 feet and 2.20 oz/ton Au across 2 feet in Zone 14A; 0.56 oz/ton across 7.2 feet in the No.3 Zone; and, 0.37 oz/ton Au across 5 feet in the Camp Zone. The majority of the property has not been tested by drilling nor has any deep drilling been carried out on the property. Significantly, the Redaurum Property is underlain by several ultramafic rock units and extensive quartz carbonate veining, important features of the producing Campbell (Placer Dome) and Red Lake (Goldcorp) gold mines."

Claude also has a significant interest in Shore Gold. SGF.v

Shore is in the process of bulk sampling its 100% owned Star Kimberlite at Fort a la Corne in Saskatchewan. They have completed a shaft through the overburden and are currently in the diamoniferous section. A processing plant is on sight and is in the final stages of preparation for processing the bulk sample. The Star Kimberlite is humungous by any standards and includes about 1/2 billion tonnes of diamondiferous kimberlite. The Shore Gold share price has only recently began to respond to the progress at the sight.

As a shareholder of CRJ.To you gain exposure to increasing profitabilty from production at the Seabee mine, exposure to appreciation in POG, and exposure to exploration and drilling at Seabee, Madsen, Redaurum and the Star Kimberlite bulk sample.

There should be some exciting times ahead.
