I dont remember CLinton blaming Bush Sr. or Reagan, do you? This blaming the last guy is the weakest argument in DC. It was a joke in the movie TRAFFIC where James Brolin offers Michael Douglas two pieces of advice. If you dont succeed, blame it on the guy before you, if you still dont succeed give this same advice to the next guy. Bushies avoid accountability at every turn, but it's now THEIR fault and no one else's.
