I own some KGC, which originally were TVX shares. Yeah, I think owning gold stocks or futures is not a bad place to be at this time. I agree that we should start seeing inflation on the horizon, especially if the FED continues to keep their rates low.

In a similar vane, I'd like to be in the oil patch but I just don't see the companies I follow performing very well, given the industry's condition. Higher commodity prices have helped but it seems to me that there just isn't enough profit falling down to the bottom lines. I don't see the common shareholders doing very well and it doesn't appear that the upper management in many of these companies have the bottom line as a focus.

I'll keep TRIB on my radar and I'll dig deeper into the company when time permits.

BTW, I see PK post every now and then but I think the core from this thread have long since moved on. Very understandable since we were originally riding the leading edge of the up bubble! We did have some "good ol' days" on this thread!
