NEW YORK, Oct 16, 2003 (AFX-Europe via COMTEX) --The Dow industrials topped out at 9,823 in intraday trading, below Wednesday's yearly high of 9,850, but that didn't stop 7 of the Dow's 30 components from reaching 52-week highs. Those stocks were Alcoa at $31, Citigroup at $49.15, Exxon Mobil at $38.93, Home Depot at $36.52, Honeywell at $30.18, Procter & Gamble at $96.61, and United Technologies at $85.
