I just talked to my "home appraiser" connection $300K to 1.5 Million range (he appraises homes for a local bank) his side job, his full time job is selling "Fine Art" he said the appraisal business was at an all time high, I said "who the hell is buying all these homes anyway"....he said "no one is these days,90% of my appraisals are for bank foreclosures"....this range is the high end middle class and it is being decimated.......end of story. from the heart of the Rust Belt... regards
