I think the previous administration misjudged it and did not start a war over it, probably because it knew the intel was murky.

Nobody from the previous administration suggested the intel was murky until AFTER the fact. Going in, Clinton & Albright both supported the action.

You and I both know Clinton didn't go to war over it for one reason -- he didn't have the character and courage it takes to do the right thing. Bush, and the dream team he assembled, knew what had to happen and were willing to do what was necessary.

This is what leadership is about.
