You put on a rally cap when things are grim in hopes of starting a rally. In case you haven't noticed, we've already had a rally. If you're asking my opinion about the durability of this rally, I have about as much insight as you, which means none. Even if I thought it was going to continue, I wouldn't say so for fear of jinxing it. uf
