I have not reviewed the latest filed forms from IBAS. I'm waiting for this ship to turn higher, but the timing for that to happen might still be beyond the date the convertables were due. It's really hard to tell. IP calling is going to happen. Corporations especially, will see the ease and the savings of going that way.

I think a good indicator is the institutional holdings. I believe the last time I looked at that it was pretty low for IBAS. The insiders still hold quite a few shares, IMHO that is a good thing, but more fund buying would be better. I have briefly looked at some of the other companies in this area, but their prices didn't seem all that attractive either.
