The Miranda Act and the Cohan Rule were put into law with legislation, and not by the SC.

I can't believe how ignorant you are. The requirement for a Miranda warning was created by the Supreme Court case Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966). This decision created the requirement for the Miranda warning. Period.

The Cohan Rule was created when the Supreme Court ruled that entertainer George M. Cohan need not have receipts for his road expenses if he could otherwise show that his deductions were reasonable, AS WELL meeting the criteria of the statute provided by the predecessor to Section 274(d) of the Internal Revenue Code. THERE WAS NO STATUTE PROVIDING FOR DOCUMENTATION OF SUCH EXPENSES OTHER THAN BY NORMAL BUSINESS RECORDS. The COURT decided it. NOT the legislature.

Again, you just don't know anything about this subject. Why persist? Just admit you're wrong.
