LOL, Bob Brinker's Marketimer: a double roll of TP.

He does have a propensity to use the same information (love those space-hogging lists of recommended mutual funds - HA!) over and over again from month to month. Realistically, the Marketimer is about a page of new material easily gleaned from his free radio show. It's very wishy washy 90% of the time, the other 10% of the time when he's at an inflection point in the model, he announces it free on air.

The other reality of Bob Brinker's Marketimer is that it has a history of doing far more harm than good. Better to listen every now and then to the radio show to get the model inflection points and make your own decisions (or take other advice) about how to play the current direction of the market.

Note that Bob is not even close to being the only one who called the recent March lows although he lies about it so frequently on the radio (take any negative calls lately Bob?) you'd think he was the only one who saw a rally in the offing.
