As far as I know 'freedom of conscience' only applies to refusing to participate in something that violates one's core ethics. I don't think you could use it to justify the reverse (granting you the right to do something).

That has been the nudge on mojo. Does he have the right to actively discriminate? It is not his claim that females do not need massage or that they should be limited in their options to receiving a massage. His 'freedom of conscience' claim has been regarding his refusal to participate in activities that would compromise his ethics on human sexuality. I would agree that he does not have the right, nor does his operation qualify IMO as violating any person in a discriminatory way.
