The bottom line is that the Supreme Court, as well as other courts, are a major source of new law. You said they aren't. So, I'm right and you're wrong. Yet, you can't admit it. Instead of admitting you are wrong, you fight it, namecalling, making ad hominem attacks, using invective against me. This is childish, immature behavior. You must be 16. Listen, you believe what you want to believe in terms of the SC. You are wrong on so many other issues, what's one more. As for my behavior, it may be immature but you are simply immature.
