The investigation on many of those folks has been terminated. There is evidence of several bin Laden relatives being involved with Al Qaeda. The FBI has been told to back off from the bin Ladens from what I have been able to gather.

What about the rights of thousands of Arabs being held without evidence right now? How do they differ from the bin Ladens? They are not rich friends of Bush.
