When it was said and done, everyone who mattered supported the war. Whatever complaint Scowcroft had it was not with the intel or reasons for the war.

Scowcroft counseled against the war. And congress voted to give the president power on the basis that he would use it prudently and the information the administration was putting forth. We know today that junior was neither prudent nor truthful.
