Then be sure to keep a lid on it when John (and, to a lesser extent FL) start throwing those labels around please(as they had when discussing the topic previously with you). I have not attacked he whom we are discussing personally at all. I have attacked his sneering tones, his academic condescension, his double standards when it comes to establishing credibility, not to mention his hypocritical debate style... but no where have I attacked him personally (OK, maybe once or twice - but it was based on the above). I will shut off even this criticism of him - it's your house. I WOULD ask that you attempt to reign in his constant labeling to offend. Also, when he would like to begin a debate - that he begin with an assertion/opinion/ or question WITH a supporting link showing some evidence in support of his post. If this does not take place then he has no right to request the same in order to refute his argument. And....... When his arguments are attacked, couldn't he try for once not to label or insult the poster (even if they are nuanced insults). This is a 2 way street, aint it?
