"Harm does not justify a freedom of conscience exemption ..."

Harm has been the challenge you proposed to mojo being allowed to justify his freedom of conscience issue. For that reason we have demonstrated that mojo is harming no one.

Mojo and his clientele feel harmed when they are forced into a situation that violates their conscience. They have available to them an option that does not put them at risk of violating their conscience providing he is granted an exemption from the norm standards (Which do not address that issue as a risk, and so, do not take it into account).
