Bush has been in office for nearly three years now.Isn't it time he began taking responsibility for the current state of affairs? Funny thing.He goes to Cali-Forn-i-a and blames a declining economy that started just after his (s)election for the current state of affairs in Cali-Forn-i-a.Yet,this is exactly what Davis said, but the republicans blamed HIM for all the ills in that State!
