Didn't Philly have a precinct that reported 100% turnout in the 2000 election? That's a first in history, I believe. Some very dedicated voters there. <g>

Mayor street bank accounts(commerce bank) now being investigated by fbi and his lawyer and housing department for city... Also following money to another state where money has gone into school bond funds or housing funds... IF investigation has nothing to do with Street , we need to hear why they have gone into his bank account transactions. presentation to grand jury next Tuesday. Latest POLL street at 48% of vote...
